How To Repair Damaged Hair After Festival Season

Morning friends!

We are still in Austin and soaking up all the warm weather it has to offer. Zain has been loving being able to run around outside and I think we are headed to Barton Springs today which so many of you recommended. I can’t wait to check it out and will definitely report back!

I thought today’s post would be appropriate since we are about to enter the midst of festival season. Has anyone seen the Coachella lineup? I wasn’t sold on going but then I saw the lineup and now I am debating…

I may be 34 but I am fully into festivals again and there are so many other great acts. The last time Trevor and I went to a big festival in Chicago (I think it was two years ago?) we actually had an amazing time. We were worried it would be too crowded and we would be too old and grumpy, but it wasn’t at all. We had the best time and remembered how much we loved to see live music!

In true festival season, this time of year is all about hair repair for me especially since there are so many festivals right around the corner. Did you know that Pantene is the official haircare sponsor of Coachella, Stagecoach and Firefly this year? Since having Zain, my hair tends to get super dry during the winter months and it’s just not as silky as it once was. After a full day at a festival it’s pretty much wiped out, so I was excited when Pantene reached out about their new  I tried out the product a few months ago and have been using them since about every other week!

If you have tried other hair masks (I keep them in my shower routinely) you will love these! I have very fine hair so I have to be cautious about conditioners and masks because they can really weigh down my hair and make it look greasy. The have been much better about that! It’s imported from Brazil and was just released in the US in January and is comprised of Pro-Vitamin B5, strengthening lipids and natural glycerin. It’s also the #1 selling new treatment item in the haircare category!
